Isadora Nim is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors, database members and clients. Our Isadora Nim team members are clients of other Internet sites and fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy. We will not disclose any information about our clients to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for your garment(s) to be sent to you by an external courier service.

Adjustments - 100% fit and satisfaction policy

After your first appointment with Isadora Nim, a second fitting will be organised once the garment is constructed. During this second fitting, the tailor will determine, with you, whether any minor adjustments need to be made to perfect the fit. Any such adjustments are conducted in-house at no cost to the client. If a garment cannot be adjusted, Isadora Nim will organise for the client to be re-measured and the garment to be remade. Once again, there is no cost to the client undergoing this process. All of our adjustments are overseen by our Head Tailors, who are fully-trained suitmakers.

Returns and refunds

Isadora Nim is committed to our customers' satisfaction with our custom-made clothing. We are also committed to achieving the perfect fit. In this pursuit of perfection - tailoring garments based on the customer’s design requirements and measurements - we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. We do, however, 100% stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our garments and will work with you to correct any faults (through refund, where appropriate).
